Automatic php webpage generator

Project Briefing: This Software use an excel file containing keywords (That we will give) and search for the each keyword on the search engine ([login to view URL]) and find out the available search results, capture them, save in the database and then create a well formatted page (Should create static html page for each keyword) with the searched keyword as the file name. (the static webpage name should be the keyword name). Process: Keywords would be available in excel format, The excel sheet contains two columns. First column will have main keyword and second column will have respective tags related to the first column. Eg of excel sheet: First column second column Phones phones,black berry,Motorola,nokia,lg,etc Black berry cell phone blackberry,black berry,black berry phone,black berry mobile Motorola raser phone Motorola,raser phone,Motorola raser,pink motorola The tool will read each row “first column” and search in [login to view URL] and capture the first two pages results and save them in a database table(in first column of table). And the relevant tags (from the second column of excel) should be stored in the second column of table and the webpage name should be stored in 3rd column of table.(eg: [login to view URL]). Very first row of each excel sheet should generate a php page with the page title and the page content should have all the links pointing to their respective web pages in the same excel sheet. Table format: Page title page keywords pagename. Black berry phone blackberry,black berry cell,ec.. [login to view URL] : page name is same as page title(keyword that is searched in msn) excluding spaces. for each web page format: • Header page (Will have the site name and static links to different categories.)- • Google Advertisement (adsense) (should be a single include page exist in every page ), • Vertical Left panel and vertical right panel (Both should php include pages for ads..) • Content that is searched for that Keyword from Search Engine (MSN) (should be a php generated page). Each page that is generated should display all the relevant tags that are hyper linked to the same main page. • Footer will have all the hyper links thar are generated from the excel sheet, linking to their respective page). • Each page will have the page title as the same keyword in the first column of excel sheet and meta tags as respective keywords and in the content of the page, the page title should be displayed in <H1> at the top of the page. The index page will be in html and I will develop it and give links to the generated php links. Specifications of tool: We will need to use this tool for generating lots of domains. So there should be a provision for that. The hosting of all these sites/domains willl be exactly similar. Each site will have approx have 5000 web pages . It may be Web based/Desktop based Their should be gap between searches so that MSN could not block it. We need PHP+MYsql and IIS to be used. We want the separate HTML pages for the Keywords. The files can be PHP etc but the URl displayed will not have any special character in the url bar and it should show as HTML extension via URL rewriting. We require - Source Code and Need Delivery Time. Our budget for this is approx USD 100. Somebody who knows the extraction etc, its pretty easy for him.
