Convert exsisting website to a Mambo site

Tebina's current website ([[login to view URL]][1]) has a design that has received good feedback, but the site is hard to maintain for non-technical users. We would therefore like to convert to Mambo and thus make the site easier to maintain, i.e. changing pictures and text. The purpose of the site is to arouse interest in people who wants to rent apartments. The site should present pictures of the region, the city and the apartments it self in the different pages. We would therefore like to keep the light and elegant design, i.e. we are not interested in a typical Mambo layout. The structure today is very basic, one menu linking to 7 different pages. The site also as a "Tip a friend" form, "Contact us" form and a "Weather" script in the header (This weather script would be made available as a php include for the coder). The ability to easily add and remove pictures from the different pages and format text (WYSIWYG) is essential to this project. We would value any suggestions for improvement and changes in structure or functionality in the bids. Tebina's site is currently in use and would not be available for installation before the test version from the coder has been accepted. The coder must install Mambo 4.5.2 (or the newer) in addition to the necessary Mambo templates, components, modules, WYSIWYG editor, pictures, etc., but first the coder must present an installation document. The delivery would first be accepted when the site is up and running and its functionality is approved. Pictures and logos will be made available to the coder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Apache, PHP
