Disability Manager Software

An Access database program was written for our company in 1995 that allowed several transactions. We need to update the program, as well as, add features and make it a web based application. We require that it have ODBC capability and we were thinking of utilizing Microsoft SQL Server (2 Gig) with no royalty.
