customize live broadcasting script PHP/ajax

I need a php expert to customize a live broadcasting script that i've purchased from [[login to view URL] ][1] I have rtmp, red5, ffmpeg ect... installed on my vps. you can look on [login to view URL] for many tutorials and see how their script works. The script is installed and working here for testing... [login to view URL] first know that the framework of my website is phpfox and this add on needs to be created as a module, i've attached the install files for your review. please look it over and make sure that you are able to work with it before placing a bid. I've had a few coders here on vworker waste my time and cancel. do not bid if you can not do the project. with that said, I want the "live" section customized similar to the website [login to view URL], I will need a front and back end solution, phpfox comes with an admin but I don't think the live broadcasting script has one. Front end: Top right "create a channel" I want users that are logged in to my site to be able to create channels, give it a name, short description, they must choose a category and upload an image, categories I will set from the back end admin. Users should also have the option to password protect the channel or not, if it's password protected only users that have the password can view and enter the channel, if it's not password protected anyone can view the channel. on the "live" page, at the top I would like to have "featured channels" so I as an admin have an option to feature channels. which will be displayed similar to the featured events that I have on this page.... [login to view URL] on the left side, I would like a list of categories, music, events, dj gigs ect... which I can edit from the admin back end. Below featured channels have thumbnails of channels with short description, if the user set it as password protected the channel will not appear here, other all channels will appear here, max 20 per page. All channels will appear in the category page choosen by the user too. ## Deliverables I would also like users to be able to "rate" channels, so right side of the live page create a block of most viewed channels and highest rated channels and most popular today channels, 3 seperate blocks with max 5 channels each block. so we need a way for users to rate channels and a way to count the number of views in total and views today. if you have a look at and log into [login to view URL] it will give you a good idea of what I want. I am going to create mock ups of the look and feel I want it to have. see attached for framework and live stream script, both open source php. phpfox you can only install on localhost, unless your domain is licensed.
