Amending CKEditor for WordPress plugin

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.4.1, using the theme Weaver 2.2.6 with many customization done by programmers. I have installed the plugin CKEditor for WordPress plugin. The plugin replaces default WordPress editor with CKEditor in posts and in comments in the dashboard. I want this changes - I want the default wordpress editor to be in posts, and have the CKEditor only in comments, and only in the dashboard (and not on the front end). The work will be done on a test site, and when successful done on a live site. The work should be done in 24 hours after being awarded the project. Freelancer should allow 7 days for testing after he finishes his work, before getting paid. Freelancer applying for the job are advised to attach a screenshot of the requested posts filter by date admin area .
