Change Wordpress Template - Simple

I need someone to do changes to cookingpress template. Template will be provided. If good work is done, further and bigger changes including design will be awarded. -for the template for creating receipies for registered users: --"Name of ingriedient" prohibit free text entry, just allow selection of populated search list --"notes"-Textbox changed so that a simple "gram" integer is added to the DB. Replace the textbox by two fields - one textfield for numeric ints and one dropdown for the unit. The Textfield is then multiplied by the value of the dropdown and inserted into the DB. I.e. Textfield: user enters 10 und selects from the dropdown "Text: Gram, Value: 1" = 10. Or Textfiled: 10, dropdown: "Text: kilogram; Value 1" = 1000. --Categories to choose from shall now include those that are deactivated using the plugin "resctrict categories" --both editor fields shall have the "text" portion deactivated so that just "visual" entry of text is possible --remove the files "calories" and "fatt" --all fields are to be made mandatory and validated via jquery.
