Convert PSD into WP theme With Shopping Cart - Products Selling and Subscription

Hi, I have layered PSD and all fonts required. I need my PSD to be converted into a WP theme. Should be exact same layout of all pages. Around 10 pages of website. All inherit same structure. Only content area will be little different for each page. The website will be selling few products using Paypal. There are 2 types of selling: a) One time selling of products using Paypal as payment gateway. b) Subscription of products. For example if a customer needs the delivery of product every month he will subscribe and he will be charged every month until he cancels his subscription. Again payment gateway should be Paypal. You can use any plugin you like. But i need perfect working solution. Please apply only if you can have clear experience of making WP themes from PSDs and integrating ecommerce functions to it.
