Custom Responsive Menu for Wordpress Theme

Hi Freelancers, I purchased the following theme: [login to view URL] The project would be to customize the menu so it can be administrated in the word press theme with the following results. The menu for the most part i want it to be and behave like the following link: [login to view URL] I have created a Photoshop mock up, please download the following file to have a full understanding of what the project requires. [login to view URL] *In the Photoshop document, please ACTIVATE THE HIDDEN LAYERS ONE AT A TIME to see the Menus full appearance for each individual menu. * I have also added a jpeg for the GALAPAGOS section, which is the only section that has multiple images, so its better understood. Just to be clear the required function would be as follows. * On rollover, the selected menu section is highlighted first, followed by a full side to side width smooth scroll down to reveal the submenus. * Hovering over the different menus, the sub menu TEXT AND IMAGES quickly fade out and in, and the height adjusts smoothly. * On the Galapagos Section ONLY, hovering over each category a different image and text is displayed on both left and right ends. * Images as seen in the Photoshop file will: exceed the sub menus boundaries: this idea was taken from: [login to view URL], check there menus and see how the images exceed the edges to simulate a 3d effect. * Proper functionality will be implemented in the WORD PRESS Administrator, to change images..etc, a plugin if necessary, so each submenu parent has an option to insert a image in the left and a description text in the right. * Finally this menu is to be fully responsive, the purchased template is responsive to a max width of 1440, the required menu will be viewable from 1440 and responsive as per the theme to the lowest resolution of 320x wide. Please use both the provided psd and websites (Nike and Amazon) to visualize the final output, the images in all sections are to retain the shade and exceed the submenu edges to simulate a 3d effect. I need this to be done As soon as possible. please only post if you have the capacity and knowledge to do this kind of work, but most importantly that you deliver the project ON TIME, and that you are clear every step of the way and keep in touch with me to update me on the progress of things.
