Design created. Need converted to Wordpress (and subpages)

I have 5 small tasks that need to be done. I have website design, that needs to be working. (now i only have the PSD file) Following must be considered, implemented, integrated or known for future and present use, as cooperate identity: WordPress will be the platform. Dynamic forms in every way (extended menus etc.) Extremely userfriendly coding Average user is: male, 50+, Facebook beginner, average internet-use: 1 hour daily. Rounded pictures Site must easily be translated into at least Danish and German (english is default so far) Required fields that need a green border (around textbox), when correct, are marked (**) Task 1: Create pages that is visible without login: Latest pictures, Swaps(*), Request(*), Sell(*), Upload(*), Gallery. The one with a (*) cannot be viewed unless you are logged in. Categories: 1900 – 1910 1910 – 1920 1930 – 1940 1940 – 1950 1950 – 1960 1970 – 1980 1980 – 1990 1990 – 2000 Aluminium Other Enamel Glass Domed / Vaulted Plastic Porcelain Tin Task 2: Login via Facebook, Gmail og Twitter (One-click-login!) When logged in, the following pages must be visible: My page, Swaps, Request, Sell, and Upload. When logged in a profile must be created, and get data from Facebook to site. You must have the oppurtunity to choose "anonymous", so you still is able to do all the things, but just as an anonymous logged in person. Task 3: "Latest pictures" on frontpage must syncronize with Facebook group, and link to the picture on Facebook. There must be Facebook comments on every image of the page. The "Sell"-page needs to have radiobuttons, descriptions fields, drag-and-drop of pictures, and other simple commands. Image must to be found under "Created items" under "My page" Task 4: Under "My page" - following must be available: My gallery, Items for sale, Settings, "i'm interested in" (categories must be listed) Task 5: When picture is uploaded (no matter if it's on "Sell" or "upload") following must be entered: Info about salesperson (contact informations) , Can be reached: "Phone, Email, or SMS" (**) (Radio buttons), headline, (**) descriptionfield,(**) Price, (**), drag and drop upload of pictures, "More information?"-textbox - must be dynamically extended if clicked. Default duration of period, must be set to 3 months (**), required field: "Automatic renewal after 3 months (**), must send a mail to except new period. By default this must be enabled. Textbox: "Age". (Textfield first, otherwise the years from the "Categories"-list. Textbox: "Condition?" Radiobuttons with: "Natural traces of wear", "Defective", "Rusty", "Dented", "Perfect", "Nice" If field have no data, it must not show the field on the page, when saved. The information must be listed next to the image when uploaded." Please read this! Usability must be the most important word! A userfriendly website is highly needed. Website must be Wordpress Functions need to be dynamic forms for userfriendly experience. Communication is SKYPE and/or mail. Availablity as well. Fast communication, availability and that you are keen and meticulous in doing your job. Payment must be VISA or Paypal Communication: English or danish.
