Develop Wordpress plugin similar to WP stripe using existing codebase

I am looking for an experienced developer to develop a Wordpress plugin similar to WP stripe([login to view URL]), only using a very very similar API from a competitor in a foreign country(not Stripe). I will provide already finished code from a very similar project and the developer will have the challenge to create the new plugin from scratch for the new competitor but can use the existing code as a guide to accelerate development. Being the case that we are dealing with a payment platform, the developer will have to be really careful and use security best practice while developing. I will also provide translation to the foreign language. Development speed is also appreciated. Note: please only developers with existing provable portfolio will be considered, if you are a new developer, then you can still have a chance to be elected but be prepared to program something beforehand to even be considered.
