ASP.NET web app admin module revamp and web design. Devexpress needed.

This project involves 2 parts: * ? Revamping the admin module * ? Design the look and feel of the web application to suit our needs Use of **Devexpress** controls especially gridview is expected. Developer should propose the controls they need to use that best suits the purpose. All code must be done in **C#** using **EntityFramework**. Database design is not part of scope and will be provided. **Please read the detailed requirements before bidding.** ## Deliverables ## Revamping Admin Module ? Revamp the user management ([login to view URL]) so that it integrates ASP.NET membership in 1 database and application data that included detailed users info in another database. The performance of loading user management is improved. o Email will be sent to the logged in user and new user to inform them that a new user has been created. o Implement deleting user completely the database o For Administrator (application super admin) - its account cannot be deleted or logged out. o Ensure data integrity with Application Database which also contains users information. o Admin should also be able to reset user password in event the user forgot password. The new password will be emailed to the user and the user must reset the password the first time he logs in. ? Convert 6 gridviews from standard ASP.NET controls to Devexpress Gridview. ? Log in page o Allow user choose whether to whether to save cookie in the computer at log in page. Default is to save cookie in the computer. Cookie has already been implemented at this point. o When user is logged in, it shows the last time the user is logged at an appropriate place. ? Design a Reset password page that allows users to reset passwords themselves. ("[login to view URL]") A confirmation email will be sent to the user to inform them that his password has been changed. ? Develop and design a wizard for creation of new tenant. ? Ensure performance is of acceptable standard even when database and application are on different servers. ? Ensure security of the site is properly implemented. ? Check for null connection strings in case the server is down. ? Ensure the admin module is functioning properly after the changes and the functions are retained or enhanced. ## Web application design * ? Propose a design for the entire web application. * ? Propose a suitable theme or skin. * ? Design all necessary graphic. * ? Design a structured approach to web application design such that yourself and other developers can understand and use. Use of CSS etc. * ? Design new menus and sitemap. The applications menu is dynamically generated from the database. * ? Minimize webpage refresh. We don't want the entire webpage to be refreshed every time a gridview or control is refreshed, only part of the page should be refreshed. * ? Ensure multi-lingual site can be implemented. Do a test page for a different language. User can select language at login with Default being English. All source codes and design files will be given to us and will be our property.
