Advanced Flash Website Design/Programming

We are looking for someone who is fast at designing advanced flash websites. We will provide a template of how we want the site to look but will not be using the template, only certain features from it. We will provide all graphics to speed up the process as well as providing layout. Designers who bid must be able to stay in contact with us on a daily basis and provide updates on their work daily. We are a fast paced company and the person who is awarded this project will receive more work. The currecnt site we are designing will be based on this template: [login to view URL] but the look we have in mind is somewhat different. The advanced programming needed will be to impletment an admin section that the client can use to upload images into a gallery that will display them for users to choose. There will be three different products that will need to be shown -frames, art and their product. The product will need to be shown first. The user will then choose the frame and the peice of art they want. All will need to be setup so that the user can select and view it instantly. Additionally there will need to be an uploads section in admin where the client can upload documents, create reports for inventory, users and dealers. Additional needs will be described to the winning bidder. Again, winner must be very fast, we are on a time restaint here and are trying to have this site done before client goes to a tradeshow.
