I need a template for an autodealer website that I can later script with PHP to provide dynamic content. I require that only text need be changed to alter the content. Requirements:
* Clean, minimal design
* Name of dealership should be nicely presented text, no images
* Support 5 - 10 links to different sections (highlighting optional)
* Support 1 to infinite number of catagory links (highlightable)
* Leave a space near the bottom to display 0 - 10 manufacture logo thumbnails horizontally
* CSS intensive, lightweight code, preferrable not machine generated (see platform for more)
* 3 really good color schemes with their corresponding images, or the CSS colors should be variable to create infinite number of new schemes
* Must be more visually appealing than my current design

## Deliverables
1) Complete HTML and CSS code, W3C validated.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
* Template must display the same on current IE and Mozilla based browsers
* HTML, CSS and optionally graphics and Javascript only
* No server side specifics. It should work with any webhosting environment. One exception: PHP include() is allowed
