Build/Run Integrated Space Exploration WebSite - NonProfit

We are setting up a non-profit organization and would like some help creating an intergrated website that the basic stuff on content (this is easy, which I can do), but also seemlessly integrates with forum (PhpBB) and wiki (Mediawiki) - both are currently installed on the site but not integrated. This integration is the hard part the I can't do I can't offer much in terms of compensation (maybe $50), but I will be listing a supporters page and will list your name or company name in addition. Ideally, I'd setup a relationship with someone who can handle some basic admin on the site who is interested in the goals of the organization which is dedicated to space exploration.
