Community Site Front End Design

NOTE: WE NEED THE FRONT END COSMETIC DESIGN AND A COUPLE EXTRA CAPABILITIES FOR OUR FLUX COMMUNITY , NOT AN ENTIRE WEBSITE... Corsa is looking for a Flash/CSS/HTML design for our new FLUX ([login to view URL]) community called "Love::Speed::Glory". The community will be for Extreme Sport enthusiasts, Motor Sport enthusiasts, Models, Music, and Mayhem. We will link the community from the Corsa website ([login to view URL]). There are a couple of Flux communities that have designs we like. They are all flux communities but have custom designs. Take a look at: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], www.davemirra.com. We currently have a small community called the Unsigned Underground that was recently sold so we are shutting it down. We would like the same camouflage background and color scheme used for the Love::Speed::Glory design because it matches the color scheme of the Corsa site. We can provide you with color #'s and the background. Within the front end design we are looking for a flash animated header or at least animated header links. There has to be room for ads from advertisers. We'd like a viewer so the latest VIDEO can be featured. We'd like to have the ability for members to vote on certain things like best pics, designs and video clips. We also need an online store and we want our members to have the ability to purchase our products online. Basically we are looking to have some of the abilities that Threadless ([login to view URL]) has. We want to keep our community involved in what goes on with Corsa. We want them to be able to submit designs, and purchase the designs from the site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
