Complex Upgrade Mambo to Joomla

I have a Mambo 4.5.0 website that needs to be upgraded to Joomla, preferably 1.5.4. It has a dynamic Java menu, aproximately 50 files in a file storage component, the com_profiler component, and an out-dated template we wish to keep in place.
