Configuration/Customization of PHP-based software system

I have purchased PHP-based software system iLance, [login to view URL], and need some help configuring my site and, possibly some small customization work. Previous experience with iLance is not necessary, although it would probably be a bonus.? I believe it has been developed using standard PHP-based methodology. Specifically, I need the following pieces of work completed:- --Add Tagline. --Select All Categories by Default. --Change tab titles --Move scrolling listings up on home page. --Move "how it works" graphic to the bottom. --Add Blog tab. --Replace "Welcome Box" with more standard Log In box. including a "Please Register" Link --Under Rainmaker Role, remove "Buy" tab --From Buy Tab, remove Insertion Listing Fees, if no insertion fees. --From Buy Tab, remove Budget Insertion Listing Fees, if budget insertion listing fees are $0. --Insert Sample of Listing Description. --Remove Listing Features, if $0. --Remove Realtime Event option from Auction Event Access. --Make Default listing event Duration "3 months". --Remove "familiarize people you know to bid on this listing" from Bid creation page. --Remove "Selling Activity" section from left-hand nav from people with Buyer role. --Remove Buying Activity" section from left-hand nav from People with Provider Role. --For Provider, remove hourly rate from Profile page. --For Provider, rename Profile Logo/Company Image with photo. --From Categories of Expertise (for Provider), remove this text: If you require your profile to be listed in additional categories please upgrade your subscription plan. --Check "vacation mode" check box by default --Remove "Advanced Profile Questions" (unless eventually used) --Change skills to DecisionMakers I really don't think this will be more than a few hours work for someone with the right skills. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP, HTML.
