Connecting to XML/SOAP connection

We have an XML integration document that we are unable to make a connection with. I will attach the integration document for you to see. The project will be in PHP. If you need any more information than what is given, please get in touch. ## Deliverables The winning bidder will be required to; - Code in PHP. - Make a connection to the integration. - Receive the response from their server. - Give a response of success/failure depending on response. We will be adding this integration into a bigger script, so the bidder should bare this in mind.
