Convert PHP with HTML to Smarty

Hello, **I am currently building a system and at the moment it is fully functional! but the php files have MIXED PHP and HTML, i need to make changes to all the files and to make my job easier i need you to remove the HTML and put it in TPL files - and ensuring the same functionality remains. You should know how Smarty works, how to assign arrays! I have over 40 files that needs converting, i want to you do ONLY 5 PHP files, i will be getting many coders to do 5 files each so that is it done quicker! Doing the 5 files will not take you any longer then 1 hour. So i am paying up to $10 an hour for your time! You should be fast! and fully capable coder with Smarty. If this takes you longer then 1 hour then you are working slow or doing it wrong! I had to repost this, because people thought that was your required to do all files, you are not you are only doing 5 files that i assign you with, once i accept you. You should know how smarty works, you should know how to assign arrays and display them in TPL files.** Goto here: <[login to view URL]> Just as an example of 1 PHP file. The [login to view URL] (Ignore the header and footer, i have already converted those! The HTML for the Login BOX is in the PHP file. You copy the HTML and paste it into a TPL file and remove it from the php file! Attached, is an example of doing that login page, in Step by Step instructions. Open the PHP file and take out ALL html code and put into a TPL file. The filename must be the same name as the function within the PHP file. TPL's are uploaded to templates/_admin/modules/YOUR FOLDER! It will take you about 10 minutes to convert 1 PHP file. This is fast work, and a easy 10 rating! You will tell me your price for 1 HOUR to convert 5 PHP files that i will assign you with! - Lower you hourly price, the better chance you will win! I need multiple coders! JQuery Funtions, Javascript SRC's, keep them in the TPL --- I WILL REMOVE THEM, since i have assign those else where, and since multiple people will be working on this project, i do not what to risk in you or another over writing each others work. For the SQL selects change them into arrays etc, you should know what do with these as you wouldn't be bidding if you do not know what or how to use smarty.... now would you? On most pages there is a session message, this is my error reporting. In the attached you will find a php and a tpl that i have done, use the {if isset($[login to view URL])} in the new tpl.
