Convert PSD website to Valid CSS / XHTML

Convert each image in the attached zip file to a valid CSS/XHTML web page. The PSD files for each page will be provided to the winning bidder. Please provide samples of previous work converting PSD to CSS (attach as zip or add links). Note: the site may change slightly before we select a winning bidder. Fonts, colors, images, or spacing may have minor changes over the next 1-2 days. We may add notes in the next 1-2 days to show how we want the content to be grouped into divs. Requirements: <ul> <li>Website should look exactly like it does in the PSD files in these browsers: IE6, IE7, Firefox, Safari <li>No use of tables <li>All CSS/XHTML must validate, without errors, using the tool at [login to view URL] <li>Each page should be horizontally centered in the browser <li>Images should be optimized to load quickly without sacrificing quality. An ajax script should be used to achieve this.
