Create a template & Site pulling data from live xml service

I have a price comparison site - [login to view URL] As you can see, it is functional, but ugly & dated. The service I'm using for the data (live xml lookup) also provides many features I'm not taking advantage of e.g. Books, Electrical Goods & Price alerts (where a user can recieve an email when the price reaches a specific value. I'm looking for a redesign & an update to allow for the aforementioned services. I can provide the existing source code & documentation for the xml datafeeds. ## Deliverables I require the template/skin/design to be 'source ordered css'.
