Credit Report

I am developing a website where customers can pay a small fee and view their credit file and get a free review by our credit experts. But more importantly, we can eliminate bad credit history by paying small amount for each problem. So here it’s how it works. Customer who interested in this pay $19.99, we get the credit file from two agencies’ (trans-union, Equifax) and we upload the files (pdf or jpg) to user page. Also we list each credit problems we can solve for fixed amount. Then user has option to select which one he/she wants to fix, and pay for it. Once company (admin) receives payment, we get to work! Once we fix user credit file, admin will upload to the user page and that will trigger an email to user. Credit file is only good for one year, so existing user will have opportunity to pay (19.99) from their user page rather than creating new user name and password. But all the files under each user account remains same , (means, those old files will not be deleted) . So each file admin upload should have dates besides it so user can easily identify. I will create the front end of the website, where I will have two text box (username and password) from there you have to take it. Security is VERY important; I will need to have SSL for user registration page. For now payment will be through Google checkout and pay pal. Please see detailed information in the attached file.
