Custom Facebook Page

I want to create a custom page/tab on my Facebook page, kind of like what Amazon does for theirs (<[login to view URL]>). (**I do not want to copy Amazon, I'm merely using them as an example that implements the similar functionality)** When you first go to my Facebook page, I want this tab to be the default if you're not a fan already; 1) If you don't like the page, show one set of content, asking them to Like the page. As soon as you Like the page, keep them on this tab, knowing that they've liked the page, and then have them fill out a form with their Company name, their Name (first/last) and their email address. When clicking OK, I'm guessing it will ask them for permission to share their FB information with the app, that's fine. 2) If you're already a fan and have filled out this form send them directly to the regular Wall. You don't need to write any back-end code to store data entered or anything like that; I'm just looking for a simple sample that I can take and write the custom asp.net code to take the registration data and do what I need with it.
