Customisable Affiliate Shop Website

Hi Guys & Gal's I am looking for a web development team to construct for me an Affiliate Shop Website. Search Page ([login to view URL]) I want the main page ie catagory page to be php with html to allow me to change the page all visitors see using just tables and graphics but with a product search bar that would allow the visitor for example to type in a specific manufactor and also select the catagory to search for the products within such as: Typing in: Allstars and searching the Full Leathers catagory.
