Desktop Application

We are looking for a company to provide us with a desktop application which has a look similar to that of Klipfolio in that it can be moved around the desktop etc, but branded with our company name. The application will allow users to login from their desktop to their account on our website and bring back information from their account. The system will also up date and deliver messages in real time. When a new message arrives if the user has the desktop application running they would recieve a little pop up message like with outlook over the top of the task bar, if not the next time they logged in the message would appear. This is not an email or chat message but an auto generated message to say that a new service has been added to our database. Users would also be able to search our databases from their desktop and recieve the information back in an extended window on the application. The databases, user accounts and information is in place and would just need to be called in to the application, no database work or any work on the website will be needed.
