copy zencart website and mysql db to another web address

we require a person to copy an existing zencart ecommerce site to a different website address domain. there hasnt been much modification on the original zencart installation, but we will also accept a new zencart installation with the existing mysql database exported out and imported to the new mysql db. it must be completed to the point of ordering capabilities with minor design changes to the original. ie. it is a new company name and its details. All changes to original coding, passwords, information and sources must be handed back to us once completed. We will own all and complete rights to all the work you do for us.
