CRE index.php constantly reloading causing server crash

I'm using CRE Loaded6 v6.2 B2B which up until a few days ago has been working great..... All of a suden I have an email from my hosts saying account suspended, this is because of the massive CPU use on the server, since then I've also been kicked off another host for the same reason, finally I signed up for a VPS with a new host and yet again it seems to work fine for a few hours then all of a suden the [login to view URL] appears (I say appears because that what all the techs keep telling me) to constantly relaod, causing massive server traffic and in a lot of cases causing the server to fall over or at least be none responsive.... As soon as I delete the [login to view URL] file from the root directory all is back to normal... I don't know if I have been hacked or what, I have tried uploading an old version of [login to view URL] but this exact same problem, please help some one!
