Adding two links to Header in wordpress theme

The project consists of adding two links to the header of a wordpress theme. Very simple: English Francais I'll supply a screenshot of where and how it should look on the header and the header php file. The font can either use cufon (already set up) or I can just output jpegs from photoshop (with roll over images as well). Whichever is easiest. Screenshot of example added to post.
