Affiliate system for oscomerce

Hey How much do you need to help me develop a script like this ? What i want to do is help my customers get more sales in their stores, the scripts should be built for oscommerce stores. I'll offer them deals where i do the marketing using affiliate networks and campains like Adwords For every sale generated by one of mine campains i'll take a % of the total amount. - Say that I set up a adwords campain for a store called [login to view URL] When someone click on the ads it will lead them to [login to view URL] toysx23e A cookie is set(Should be valid for say 3 weeks ? ?) Customer is redirected to [login to view URL] If the customers buy anything it will send data back to [login to view URL] Data that should be sent back - amount - date/time - refer - I need a administration panel with some functions - Register new users, userdatabase.. - See where leads are coming from ? - Is it possible to set I up to see how many sales is made from adwords and see the total amount and % ? - The % price deal can change from customer to customer. - Track total sales, and let me know when a marketing budget is used. Say a customer only want to spend 100$ - A userportal where users can log in and see : - Total sales - Total salescost - Total % to me - Where clicks come from
