CakePHP Adjustments

I'm looking for a PHP developer that has great experience with CakePHP. Will pay generously if you're a hard and excellent worker. I'm looking for someone that is reliable and is looking for a long-term professional relationship as I have many other PHP jobs. I have my website developed in this framework. I'm looking for a great developer with great communication skills (chat via Skype every day) and that is a hard worker.
