Coding on php Classified ads site

Please take a look at this website: [login to view URL] There are several things we'd like to have modified on this site, mostly with the layout and function / look of buttons and links. The main thing we want fixed is the search function on list pages. The coding is poor. If you have a finished code that has been tested and is good that would be preferred. I am sure you can find free codes on google. Please bid for 5 hours of programming. If it takes more than 5 hours we'll pay at the hourly rate.
