Create a Text Based Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game

I'm looking for a FULL solution (including Idea developing, Design & Coding) for Web Based Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game. I specially like the whole concept of War games simular to [login to view URL] (this one i like specially) [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The site itself has to have a fresh concept (not 1:1 clone of those sites) and should have alot of "Upgrade" options just as those have (pay to get more rounds, pay to upgrade, buy more items, maybe free market to buy and sell items picked up from combats or found during the game) Due to the nature of this project, it will be a long turm project and i'll take you for (paid ofcourse) follow-ups updates and changes. coder / group MUST have previuse feedback. Coder / Group MUST be open minded and creative as i expect them to develop the concept and idea itself almost alone with me only giving ideas. Coder / Group MUST have positive rank of MORE then 8.0 here on RAC. I have a very flexible time frame, the timeframe here is just to set an initial frame. i expect to get FULL package just as i said, BUT, if you're an experianced coder, and think that you cannot stand the actual design / page building let me know in advanced and bid on your part only ! i will then find a designer to hook up with you so you could create the whole project.
