Database & one PHP page

I need some one to setup a database that will pull information from the latest electronic form 4's on the [login to view URL] website. There is 14 variables that I will need saved to the database from each corresponding (TEXT) or (HTML) link. They are: Note:this form will not let me add html tags, but they should be before and after each one. (ACCEPTANCE-DATETIME) (issuerName) (issuerTradingSymbol) (rptOwnerName) (isDirector) (isOfficer) (isTenPercentOwner) (isOther) (officerTitle) (securityTitle) (transactionDate) (transactionCode) (transactionShares) (transactionPricePerShare) New data will need to be checked for every 10 minutes. I am not sure which is the best way to extact the data from the [login to view URL] website. I have already considered purchasing the program "Mine the Web" [login to view URL] to do this task. Whatever you recommend on this, not sure if get/parse and chron job will be able to achieve this task. Again you will make the call on this. Once the database is collecting data I need you to build one php page to display the data similiar to this one - [login to view URL] No design work is required on this page, just the php coding to display the data from the database. I will add my own [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] to the page. I need my insider buys page to include - from left to right - Code(transactionCode), Company Name(issuerName),Symbol(issuerTradingSymbol),Relationship(isDirector)or(isOfficer)or(isTenPercentOwner)or(isOther)and(officerTitle), Share Cost(transactionPricePerShare), Total Bought(transactionPricePerShare)x(transactionShares), Transaction Date(transactionDate), Reported Date(ACCEPTANCE-DATETIME). I will need the drop down for the last 30 days, and a search form. Each day will need to end at 4pm est. All three of these items are on the example page- [login to view URL] The domain name and hosting account including php, perl, and mysql are already setup and ready to go. As long as I am satisfied, and this first project is completed, you will be solely used for further development projects of the site and others.
