clickable button on video

I want to create a way or program that allows me to be able to: 1) I want to create a logo on a video hosted on youtube programmatically . 2) The logo should be clickable inside and while on YOUTUBE and it should redirect to a website external to youtube. If this cannot be done on YOUTUBE then we would like to see it done on other video site other than YOUTUBE. 3)I want people to be able to place a clickable button from my website onto their video.i want to develop a way for people to then take their video and upload it into youtube or to their vidoe site with our logo button attached. If someone clicks on the button thet are redirected to a third party site. only serious bids please
