clone a site + modification - website design

i need a site that contain these 2 sites at the same time [login to view URL] + [login to view URL] basically the site should be able to take files exactly like [login to view URL] and take also dvix files like [login to view URL] then it should be able to do with these files what [login to view URL] => playing these files with the site player and at the same time save this new link created in a category ... more information will be given later
