Disable/Change scroll in MS Access Forms.

I have an MS Access Database and I need to disable scrolling feature in the forms. Problem is that when the user opens up a form the mouse scrolling scrolls through records rather then scrolling the form up and down. The script(or other method) needs to either disable mouse scrolling while in MS Access or make it so that scrolling moves the form up and down. This is a very small project for somebody who knows that they are doing so $30.00 seems very fair. Upon choosing the person, I will email you the database file and you will need to implement changes and email it back to me.
