Auction Script Error

Hello, I am trying to find someone to fix a auction script that keeps getting the error "The item number may not contain any non-numeric characters" It works great on old hosting server, but we have transferred to a new hosting company and it will not work now. We do know the people that own the hosting company and they will change or add any updates/upgrades to the server if needed. That is basically it. This seems to be a fairly common error with these scripts and I'm sure someone knows how to fix this. Please let me know if you do and provide an estimate for the work. Thanks!
