Cgi/Perl Script Installation & Minor Modification

I have an existing script that I bought and installed successfully. There are a couple of plugins that came with this script but there are no installation instructions for them so I don't know how to install them. I know of an identical website that uses these plugins so when someone who knows cgi sees the website, will know how to install the plugins. I also want a minor modification done. Please pm me, and I will pm you back with specific details about the script and point you to the websites I am talking about. As soon as I pick you as a provider I will place the money in escrow, and I will release the money as soon as the project is completed successfully.
