Desktop and mobile animated web banners (potentially Flash and HTML 5 assets required)

Example of current project; reproducing layered photoshop assets into finished mobile and web banners - may incl. some creative concept optimisation to meet file size limitations. May necessitate both Flash and HTML 5 (mobile) finished assets. Potential for ongoing work to produce various web banners (for both mobile and desktop platforms), an in-depth knowledge of Sizmek (Mediamind) 3rd part ad-serving is preferred; there may be some Rich Media banners on occasion (RMX video etc) and OTP's / Expandables. If you can setup the ads correctly in Sizmek / traffic to media plan etc. - would be a huge help. Basically i need someone who knows what they are doing and can produce high quality animated banners from provided content notes and imagery / creative input required; no rookies learning on the job. Must be able to work / respond during business hours EST 9am - 5pm (and potentially after hours on occasion)
