Children book illustration

I need someone to make 12 illustrations for an interactive children book. Illustrations must be done on photoshop. The background and characters must be in different layers (there might be a colored background behind the character). Moreover, the character should be split in parts, in different layers (head, torso, left arm, right arm, legs - to be defined after receiving a draft), so that it can be animated later on. The final result should be a top art, astonishing! It must make use of textures, lights and shadows in order to achieve an amazing result! See attachments for reference.
