I have read your requirements and I have done such job many times, I will deliver the logo in high resolution with adjustments you want in it and psd, ai, eps vector files which never loose resolution with size change. I will arrange them in layers with proper naming and grouping for further editing in future and also make it transparent, the white region of logo will be transparent in png or jpg files.
