Banner project - flash and photoshop

I require a series of 5 banners made all based on the same design but with different text and different images. The design can be seen in the attached image [login to view URL] The banners are required for a group of 5 hotels and each banner will contain a photo of a hotel plus a collage of smaller images. The collage can be the same in all banners At the top of each banner I require a flash menu of? six items as shown in the attached banner.jpg.? One menu item will be named Hotels and this item will require a drop down menu listing each of the 5 hotels with links that call up each hotel. A sample of this menu can be seen in the attached image capture8. This has been taken from another site and the hotel names will be different however I require the same colour and transparency affect as the sample. The collage shown is an example only. I am looking for ideas to integrate the smaller images I have into the design so that they match the colour of the hotel photo. I have provided several sample images? of the shots that are to go into the collage. These are shots of food and drink etc. Please note these are samples only and may not be the same shots supplied for the project I will then require a sixth banner made in flash of the same design but with alternating photos of the 5 hotels plus the same collage as the other banners. Text on this banner will be different from the others Successful bidders should be able to show examples of previous jobs where they not only have made flash / photoshop banners but can also show off their talent for design and ideas. ## Deliverables Please note that some of the hotel pictures may need cleaning up and telegraph poles and wires may need to be removed.
