Colorize electron microscopy images

I've uploaded 4 black-and-white scanning electron microscopy images of cells. I need these images to be colorized in a visually appealing way. Make any other alterations you think would improve the aesthetic quality (brightness/contrast, blur/sharpen, etc). I've colorized 2 images using MS paint to give you an idea of what I need. NOTE: Only color DNA leakage in images: Ec_NN20050_10kX and Ec_NN20050_50kX. For Ec_control images, only color background and cells.
