Hello, I can help you with this but I can only make it to be silent and the ONLY method tho disable the UAC is with a reebot of the system but i can help you to make this configuration silent. It is mandatory a restart/reboot to turn UAC completely off. Best regards, EP

Turning off UAC is simple and quick and can be done without rebooting I am also an expert excel spreadsheet / access database creator with 10 years of expert level background. I have created automated certified payroll spreadsheets and job profitability spreadsheets most recently for an environmental company, I love this work and do not only do it for money.
