I am excellent high frequency transformers design, circuits design, Regulated power supplies design with universal input to DC output, Filters design for harmonic analysis and Power factor correction, SMPS, LED drivers, DC-DC, AC-DC converters design, PFC interleaved boost converter, Battery management system, Battery chargers, UPS design, sine wave Inverters, solar grid tie inverters, Solar battery chargers and street light systems design from few watts to KW range using Buck, Boost, and Buck –boost, Interleaved boost/buck, Fly back Push Pull and H-bridge inverters. I have work experience to design from few watts to KW range meeting all compliances like EMI/EMC and safety standards UL etc.

I am an engineer with extensive experience in power, maintenance, and automation. One of the basic issues with transformers is that it is NOT possible, even with very sophisticated software, to predict precisely what the result will be. Thus without a more complete specification, it is hard to estimate what is required. Estimates of not only one frequency but a frequency range, currents, voltages, RF shielding if necessary, board level or meet Australian safety standards, etc. My first thought is that if this is at the electronic level and it's not an item that will be repeated often and that its instrumentation, the best design will be to go to the RF world and use a torroidal transformer. These have excellent shielding characteristics, inexpensive to build, and excellent bandwidth but must be hand wound and are power limited. But if its a power transformer then sounds more like what is used in the aircraft industry (military & aviation commonly uses 400 Hz), so an appropriate dry transformer from a reputable supplier would be best, but this is speculation without knowing anything about the application.
