Hi, I have gone through Immediacy and i understood it mean. I can give you nice solution based on my experience in BLE devices and GPS. Recently i have completed one project in which i used Linkit one board and interfaced it with Car OBD port via Bluetooth and using GPS and GPRS it could be track remotely and also perform an actions. If it's a simple bluetooth project that is what your need, I can help you develop it. I presume the system is microcontroller-based with bluetooth functionality and is able to communicate with any bluetooth-capable smartphones. As you mentioned in your requirement, the app for the smartphone side can be offered to app developer. So in this case, the design would be the stand-alone hardware and define set of communication rules for this stand-alone system to communicate with the smartphone via bluetooth.
