Design iphone video app for my company: Future teaching physicians LLC

I just started my new company future teaching physicians LLC. I need an iphone app developer who can help me design an app for my videos so users can access these videos on their mobile devices. I already uploaded some sample lecture videos on youtube and I have my personal website: www.ftpinc.org. All I need is for the developer to use the information and place it in app format. The app will be a free download. please be aware I am working with a budget and I will like to negotiate the price with you. thank you.
