Build a Global Professional Social Media Networking Website (Django, Python)

We are developing a global professional social media networking website. The design is already covered and we need talented developer/s to build the website for us. The website will be developed on the Django framework in Python. We are looking for someone with experience of developing these types of website and understands the functionality that goes with it so they can also add value to the core functionaility though their own experiences and is able to translate the business brief into the technical spec. Users will register a profile on the site and then use it to connect/network with other users around the globe though profile matching, search and messaging. Core functionality required includes - registration, profile editing, user to user communication, inbox, alerts, trusted user profile generation. Phase 1 requires a fully functional working website with the above functionality for a beta launch but we will then be looking for ongoing development of the platform functionality as it grows so there is a strong likelihood of ongoing work if we are happy with the beta version.
