Creating a SQLite database with table linking

I need someone to create a SQLite database with Python, pupolated with example data. The tricky thing is that I want a table for food, a table for ingredients, and a table for dishes. So I want to be able to select foods whenever I create a dish, and when I search a dish, I want to be able to query each ingredient of the foods in the current dish. Each food should have any number of ingredients. So to sum it up, the python script should do the following: - Create a database with the necessary tables - Populate the database with example data - Create a couple of dishes - Show example code of how to query the ingredients of the foods in a dish Here's an example of what kind of data I mean: Table: Foods (ID:XX, food:FoodType) -ID:01, food:Chocolate Brownie -ID:02, food:Granola Thins -ID:03, food:Cheese etc... Table: Ingredients (ID:XX, ingredient:IngredientType) -ID:01, ingredient:Cholesterol -ID:02, ingredient:Fat -ID:03, ingredient:Sugar -ID:04, ingredient:Dietary Fiber -ID:05, ingredient:Sodium -ID:06, ingredient:Vitamin C -ID:07, ingredient:Protein etc... Table: Dishes (ID:XX, type:FoodsID, ingredients:[any number of ingredients], amount=AmountForEachIngredient) -ID:01, type:Chocolate Brownie, ingredients:[Cholesterol, Sodium, Protein], amount:[40g, 10mg, 10%] -ID:02, type:Granola Thins, ingredients:[Sodium, Vitamin C], amount:[20g, 75mg] etc...
