COA Mapping

I am a Quickbooks Pro-Advisor and have taught Quickbooks courses since 2008 to business owners, chamber members and my clients. I have written more than a thousand articles on Quickbooks and accounting and taxes in the last three years and am the author of Quickbooks curriculum I used in training sessions. I have a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and in Accounting and am a Certified Fraud Examiner with ACFE. I can handle your Quickbooks needs and can get it done quickly and accurately. To fix the COA I would need to use the form of your small business (corporation, sole proprietorship, etc) and assign each account with the appropriate tax line mapping. It shouldn't take long at all. I will need you to send me an accountant's copy to my email address.

There are 2 options available to you: 1) You can export your account list from QuickBooks into excel or csv format and send it to me and I will enter your mapping into a new column and return the file to you for you to update your accounts. 2) You can send your QuickBooks file to me and I can enter the mappings for you.
